Company Responsibility and Sustainable Development​

“Professionality”: We provide professional road inspection services. Through our high-tech intelligent system, we can accurately judge and improve the project results, maintain and control the quality of road construction, and provide road users with a better road environment.​

“Talent”: We attach great importance to the career development of employees, continue to promote talent development plans, and provide training resources. We build a complete knowledge base through online and offline learning courses, from job professional skills and training management talents, to certified training subsidies. We encourage employees to actively learn and improve their skills.

“Society”: Our goal is to give back to society. Children are the starting point of social organizations, and children must be nurtured and developed. Internally, we are mindful of employees’ children, directly helping with their education and development through welfare policies. In the community, we fulfill our social responsibilities by donating to nurseries and caring for children in need by providing those in need with food and clothing.

​“Environment”: In our daily business, we continue to publicize and implement the spirit of environmental protection, replacing labor with technology to reduce air pollution caused by traffic frequency and using new construction methods and new materials to extend the validity period of construction to reduce waste caused by multiple operations. Internally, we promote paperless electronic signatures, reduce the use of paper in-house, and encourage the reuse of paper to fulfill our environmental protection responsibilities.
